This would be a standard haircut (short back and sides). The top is cut short ( the top length should be just enough to be able to brush it back with hair being sticking out). The hairline (neck) is tapered off, it's a medium blend style. 

Head shaved all over one length with tapered neck (hairline).

This is a comb-over style with just one side faded. His left side is just shaved off, back is slightly blended to avoid difference due to left side just been shaved off. His right side is blended. This is a high fade blended style.
