This would be a standard haircut (short back and sides). The top is cut short ( the top length should be just enough to be able to brush it back with hair being sticking out). The hairline (neck) is tapered off, it's a medium blend style. 

Head shaved all over one length with tapered neck (hairline).

For this client I did short back and sides by Wahl detailer clipper and then blended it by magic clipper cordless. I have tidy up the top hair. This is a medium blend style.
